Virtual Consultation Booking Policy Thank you for scheduling your Virtual Consultation. To ensure a smooth experience for all patients, please review the following booking policy: Appointment Fee A consultation fee of ₡20,000 CRC is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Non-Refundable Payment All consultation fees are non-refundable. Once an appointment is booked, the reserved time is held exclusively for you. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. Appointment Duration Virtual consultations are scheduled for 15 minutes. To make the most of your appointment, please be prepared to join on time and ensure you have a stable internet connection. Technical Issues If technical difficulties prevent the consultation from taking place, our team will work with you to reschedule the appointment at no additional charge.
